BTB in The Shed

Hi, we are Carolyn and David Asquith,we live and work in beautiful Blanchand, Northumberland close to the border of  County Durham and we have the most stunning views to inspire and motivate us.

We began our handmade jewellery journey in March 2020, working from home from our dining room table. In September 2021 we moved into our purpose built studio, lovingly nicknamed the "Shed".

Although we would both describe ourselves as creative, learning to make jewellery has been a fabulous new adventure and one we are looking forward to continuing as we develop, learn new skills and grow our business. 

 

When we aren't making handmade jewellery in our Shed in Blanchland, Northumberland, we enjoy walking and making music. David loves playing guitar and I love to sing, although people may not like to hear me! We are both dog lovers and share our home with a gorgeous elderly Collie and our adorable Cocker Spaniel.
